“SAVE” This!

“SAVE” This!

So by now, unless you’ve been living under a rock, I’m sure you’ve heard something about the SAVE Act.

There’s a lot of parts to it. It already passed in the House last month and is mainly something SHITHOLE established because he’s scared shitless about getting impeached and he feels that if he can prevent as many people from voting in the mid-terms in November, he’ll be able to save his SHITHOLE ass. In fact, SHITHOLE is using his bully threatening tactics with the Senate, telling them he won’t sign any other legislation until the SAVE His Ass Act is passed. Oh, please, SHITHOLE. Don’t promise us a good time!

Anyway, if you’ve been paying attention, and I hope you have, SHITHOLE’S grand plan requires individuals to provide physical proof of citizenship documents such as passport or birth certificate when registering to vote and requires a government-issued ID to cast a ballot in federal elections. However, SHITHOLE is demanding more provisions be added beyond these.

SHITHOLE wants provisions to include proof of citizenship to cast a vote, getting rid of mail-in voting with exceptions for military, travel or illness, preventing men from playing in women’s sports and prohibiting gender transition surgeries for children and further insisting it be called SAVE America Act and not SAVE Act. I’m surprised he’s not insisting it be called the SHITHOLE ACT!

Long story short, here’s what everyone who is registered to vote, male or female, needs to do. SHITHOLE and Congress don’t think anyone cares enough about voting to go through the “trouble” of obtaining the documents they need to vote. We need to call their bluff and fight fire with fire. At this time, we don’t know if this piece of shit “act” will pass the Senate. But we have to believe it already has and our voting rights are on the line. We cannot wait to see if it actually DOES or DOESN’T pass. We don’t have time.

Under this shit “act” every person eligible to vote will need to re-register. And to do that they’re going to require more than a driver’s license or state issued government ID as proof of citizenship. They’re going to require a birth certificate, a passport, a marriage certificate, a name change certificate. And you’re going to need to obtain it, if you don’t already have it. Personally speaking, I feel everyone should have a copy of their birth certificate, at least, if not any other important document. There are so many things you already may need these documents for and if you don’t have certified copies of them, you’re already hindering yourself for so many other things.

I know, I know. BUT THE COST. Please. The cost of your vote and the cost of our country! I can’t speak for all states but in Massachusetts a certified copy of a birth certificate and marriage certificate costs between $20 and $54, depending on how you obtain it. You can obtain a passport card (still a valid passport and can be used when driving to Canada) for $30. You don’t even need to tell them where or when you’re going when applying. But it takes time to get it, so get cracking! Especially if EVERYONE is going to need to get one. The system will get overwhelmed and there could be delays. And the passport card is good for ten years. Where to get one? Many post offices have applications, will take your picture and even help you fill it out. But check to see if your local post office does it, because not all of them do, and you will need to make an appointment. OH! The pain of using your time and money. OH! I know! OH! The pain of having to deal with SHITHOLE and his cronies for another two-and-a-half years, along with any of the shit “representatives” in Congress! SO MUCH PAIN! And you have the ability to VOTE THEM OUT!

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I will tell you personally that I already have:

  1. a current passport card
  2. a certified birth certificate
  3. a certified name change certificate (because my birth name was changed to another name when I was ten years old)
  4. a certified marriage certificate (that is 30 years old this year)

So SAVE act, come and get me! I’m ready for ya!

Tell me what you think!
