One word truly describes who Dolly Parton was: GENUINE

In her remarkable career she did so much good for so many people, not just through her music but for her love for other human beings. She really cared. She genuinely cared about kids having books to read, about her employees, about making sure a Covid vaccine could happen, about the LGBTQ+ community, financial support across Tennessee and so much more. She was the real deal. And she never lost sight of where she had been and how she got to where she was.
