In celebration of the 40th anniversary of “Live Aid”–pics at the end are from my “Live Aid” book, which I’m glad to say I still have.

July 13, 1985.  Forty years and many musical memories ago.  I’m so glad I was alive to be a part of that event.

No, I wasn’t there in Philly.  Nor in England.  I didn’t get to ride the Concorde with Phil Collins.  But I had dragged my 14-year-old ass out of bed at 5:30 a.m. on a summer weekend so I could tune into the concert of the decade.  Maybe even the century.

It started around noon UK time, which put us at 6-ish.  They were broadcasting the entire thing on the radio so I had my cassettes and tape recorder ready to go.

Then there was JFK Stadium in Philadelphia.  To be there must’ve been something else.  I longed to see Powerstation and Madonna.  Waiting to see Duran Duran perform that evening was like torture.  I remember getting to see the last few hours of the show broadcast on TV.  Another thing to thank Dick Clark for.

Forty years later I still have some of the cassettes that I recorded.  I have the “Live Aid” book.  I’ll have to scan through that later and continue with my walk down memory lane.

Such nostalgia for such an innocent time in my life…

If SHITHOLE wasn’t so concerned about the Epstein list, he wouldn’t keep talking about it.

He knows his name is all over that list. He knows there is a list and more than one person has it. People who could release it at any time and could blackmail the shit out of him because of it. And they will.

He knows the world knows his name is all over that list. He can try to deny up and down and all around that he ever knew Epstein but we’ve all seen the photos and the videos and have heard the testimonies.

People in his own camp are fighting because of that list. That list will bring them all down.

He knows the Not Supreme Court can’t save him from that list.

The SHITHOLE bill that was passed deems that people like these individuals presented here must, as one Republican asshole said “get off their lazy disabled asses and go to work”.

Know anyone who will hire them?

What these people will need to do is send all their bills directly to SHITHOLE and Little Johnson in Congress.

That’s what we’re all going to need to do. Because those assholes are the ones responsible for what they’ve just done.

And they will all pay the price.

I’m trying to figure out how a person in a vegetative state, who cannot even feed themself, would be able to obtain a job in order to keep their Medicare or Medicaid, as would be stated as a requirement in the SHITHOLE bill.

What would this person be able to do? Who in the fuck would actually HIRE them?

Volunteer? Doing what? They can’t even move.

The Republicans in Congress are INSANE and need to stop sucking SHITHOLE’s tiny orange dick and kissing his fat orange ass.

Wonder how they would feel if it were affecting them directly.

Believe it or not, for some it does and they still don’t give a fuck.

Understanding Medicaid and Medicare and Proposed Changes

The below document is something I received from The Arc of Massachusetts. Although it mainly discusses Medicaid and Medicare in Massachusetts, in general, it applies to anyone who receives these benefits no matter where you live in the country.

I thought it may be helpful for others to read and to understand the difference between the two programs and to encourage you, if you haven’t already, to contact your congressional representatives and speak out about any possible changes or cuts that they may want to make.

As an addendum: If Congress passes their shit “bill” that will in effect make drastic changes to Medicare and Medicaid and you become someone who is now responsible for your relative who has been forced to leave a nursing home due to the cuts, here is what you will need to do:

Save any receipts/bills for costs you may incur due to needing to have a relative move in with you (i.e., anything from building a space for them to live to PCA care, costs of medical equipment, medicine, etc.). Seriously. Because what you will need to do with all those bills/receipts is to send them to CONGRESS AND SHITHOLE. And you will need to DEMAND they pay them. Because THEY are the ones who will have created this burden for you. The burden that you will now be forced to figure out how to pay for, when you yourself more than likely are on Medicare or Medicaid and/or have a limited budget. THEY will be the ones responsible for paying for it. NOT YOU. This will be THEIR mess. ALL OF THEM! This is what I plan to do. And if I get questioned regarding the payments, I will tell them it’s in the hands of CONGRESS AND SHITHOLE. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM! THEY ARE THE ONES WHO WILL BE PAYING FOR IT, SINCE THEY TOOK AWAY THE VERY THING THAT WAS PAYING FOR IT AND I DON’T HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR IT!

Because WE are not billionaires. THEY are. And if THEY are going to get MORE MONEY from taking things away from most of America, THEY can afford to pay our expenses. Shit, most of them could afford to support every living person in the United States and STILL have money left over. DIPSHIT alone could do that!
